[mythtv] [PATCH] MythWeb Fix Conflicts & Legend

Ok here is another patch for the Fix Conflicts page and the Legend.

Basicly it cleans the code up some and moves some options into a function
(conversion of the time string from the QUERY_GETALLPENDING command).

It also does some color changes. I changed the green color to a lighter
shade of green to make it easier to read. Also changed previously recorded
programs to yellow from purple.

I also removed the menustrip options that do not yet work, renamed some of
the others, and increased the height of the window that opens for the
legend.
