[mythtv] Muting during FF/REW

Hello all,

My wife has been complaining (and I agree) that it's very annoying to have
the sound still on while doing FF/REW while watching a recording or live tv.
I've been looking into having the sound automatically muted while doing
this, and it seems that there are two likely places:  in
libmyth/tv_play.cpp, and libmythtv/NuppelVideoPlayer.cpp.  Any
thoughts/suggestions as to the best approach?  One main concern is that I
don't want to disrupt the current muted status; i.e., if audio was muted
before doing FF/REW, then it should remain muted when resuming normal
playback, and vice-versa.
