[mythtv] Volume resetting

Well, when I exit LiveTV mode or exit playing back a recorded program, my
new volume settings (if I changed them while watching tv/video) do NOT
get saved anywhere currently. I'm not talking about rebooting the server
here, I'm talking about exiting the player or LiveTV. I don't want the
volume of Myth to default to the same thing every time I watch something.
I'd prefer it remembered how I had the volume set LAST time I watched
something. Right now if a certain station records too loud and I'm watching
several recorded shows in a row from that station, then I have to adjust
the volume each time I play a recording. This is annoying. I think it
makes sense for Myth to remember that I just adjusted the volume down and
use the new volume when I play the next file rather than me having to go into
the setup screen to change the default volume which will now be too low for
all my other channels forcing me to adjust the volume UP every time I watch
something from any one of them.
