	Try this patch. You still have the application loading delay (will change 
when ButtonPress has feedback soon). 

	This makes both metadata loading and playlist loading happen in their own 
threads. This is just a proof of concept. Let me know if it improves things 
and I'll see if I can make it work in a well designed way.
