[mythtv] Channel changing Bugs...

It's a widely-used technique to join on multiple columns, too. ;-)

It seems that people (mdz, others?) want to link the tables by sourceid and
channel number, so why have the chanid field if we're not going to use it?

Empirical evidence suggests that mythtv-dev'ers don't care a whit for small
database sizes or faster indexes, but YMMV (and I hope to $DEITY it does).
