[mythtv] Channel changing Bugs...

Ahh, very nice :)  But still, the chanid's should still be unique.  I always wondered why you wouldn't just use the channel number as the primary key anyway.  What am I missing?

I'm thinking it generates the ids by just adding 1000 to the channel number =)  
I'm unsure of how to come up with a backwards compatible fix, though..
