[mythtv] Patch - An alternate Manual recording

As stated in a previous email, the current (cvs) manual recording is not
enough for me, so I throw away the code I don't need and type in some random
commands until I get the screen in screenshot picture. All the credits have
to
given to Chris Derossi, who first wrote the manual recording code and from
whom
I learn a bit more of QT and C++. I only add some buttons to it.

I subtracted the following features:
* You can't see live tv

I added the following features:
* You can schedule a recording starting at a given date and time
* You can enter the title of the show with the remote control using the
virtual keyboard on the screen
