[mythtv] Feature Request: Recording in progress: Do you want to exit?

Right now, if you ALT-F4 out of mythfrontend, you're dropped back to
the shell, and any in-progress recordings get stopped.  If there's a
standard "Exit" out of mythfrontend, it might be nice to let the user
know what's going to happen.  It might be good to let the user know
the repercussions of exiting, especially if (in the future) it might
mean that a transcode session or burn-to-disk is going to get stopped
before it's done.

Maybe a variable somewhere called "Warn User On Exit"?
