[mythtv] crashes vanished ; OSD question ; A/V sync change

Which OSD shows up for the channel info?  The black one (the new defaultosd) 
or the blue one (now called oldosd)?  Both work with the pause info for me, 
at least.  Did things update from CVS ok?

And yeah, the a/v sync stuff works for me -- I think the cause of the problem 
I was seeing was the bug in the audio output stuff where rpos could wrap 
around wpos, anyway.
