[mythtv] Voodoo 3 3500 TV-Out

Alright! With your other message, this gives me the info I need.
BTW, I've found the v3tv page, and can get video out, but it still
thinks I have a virtual screen of 1024/768 and so I get some weird
stuff. Changing that now.
