[mythtv] support for hollywood/dxr card?

Why would one want that?  The dxr3 does mpeg2 only, if you want to display 
video in another format, it has to be converted to mpeg2 on the fly. It's 
pretty much a waste of (cpu) time.  Have a look through the dxr3 mailing list 
archives (and driver tar ball) to get the full lo down.
