Remember to turn off duplex in kde/arts.

If your sound card is a cs4624 derivative (ie: Fortissimo2, Turtle Beach Santa Cruz),
you cant do duplex with current Alsa drivers.

make sure /usr/local/share/mythtv/settings.txt has a dsp entry that matches your
/dev
