[mythtv] Gentoo & MythTV

Here is what I have:
USE="-xmms -gnome -arts -kde X gtk qt alsa mysql qtmt"
When you are building a minimalistic Myth box it's just as
important to exclude as it is to include. Anyway this worked
fine for me.
