Avoid the Pinnacle hardware.  Just had a 'PCTV pro' card fail for the second time 
(first was under warranty) (msp3400 would no longer initialize). Poor reception, 
suspectable to electical noise from motherboard, so not a happy camper...

I replaced it with a Hauppauge WinTV dbx/stereo (already had one, and it worked well
and reliably). So I get to install tonight.
