Here's an example from my /etc/modules.conf on mdk8.2

alias char-major-81-0 bttv debug=2
options bttv card=6,63 pll=1 radio=1,0 tuner=2,2

I have 2 tuners, the Avermedia TVPhone which is card type 6 and and the ATI 
TV Wonder (not the VE version) which is type 63.
