Methinks the above should be one for the faq, as having this enabled stopped 
any video on mythtv for me.  I've posted on this a few times in the last few 
weeks.  When I saw Monty's posting, I disabled duplex mode and mythtv now 
works fine again after several weeks hiatus (and a couple of reinstalls, 
including the OS)
