yeah, but for pcs that don't have the option of
hardware encoding (like them cute little c3 buggers),
it's pretty darn cool. 

oh, and at $200, you still need a tv card ;) , so
total cost probaby closer to $250, but your point is
well taken. $70 cheaper for a software solution
