[mythtv] RedHat 8 Setup Working

I followed the instructions in the HOWTO and it worked fine for me (except
the /dev/dsp busy question I posted earlier, which is probably nothing to do
with rh8).  I have also built the packages for the extra items needed or the
upgraded items that rh8 has not yet provided.  If someone would be willing
to put them up for download somewhere I can provide those.  This will make
it pretty easy to install myth.  And you won't need a bunch of *-dev rpms
installed on your system (which building from scratch does).
