  Compile mythmedia-darwin.cpp again.

This file hasn't been compiled in years.  A recent cmake change caused
the file to start being compiled again, and that revealed an include
file ordering bug.  Fix the include file ordering bug, and also update
configure/make so it too compiles this file.
