  Require libhdhomerun version 20160130 or better.

Require the hdhomerun_discover_find_devices_custom_v2 function (aka
HDHOMERUN_V2) that was added to libhdhomerun between June and August
of 2015.

Require the hdhomerun_device_selector_load_from_str function that was
added to libhdhomerun in June 2016.
