  Remove deprecated DVB-T2 modulation system identifiers

Remove support for parsing of deprecated modulation system
identifiers '0' for DVB-T and '1' for DVB-T2.
The identifiers generated by mythtv-setup since version 30
are always 'DVB-T' or 'DVB-T2'. When upgrading from an older
version of mythtv a new channel scan could be necessary.
