  deprecate mythtv-setup

Setup is now provided by the web app in mythbackend via the URL
http://localhost:6544/setupwizard . mythtv-setup is deprecated and will
remain available for a short time.

This commit displays a prominent message upon startup of mythtv-setup,
informing the user of the new setup URL.
