  V2 Services: Remove remnants of live stream info

Live stream was not implemented in V2 services. Removing header
files that were converted but not used.

  Old V1 services: Fix crash when accessing xsd for MarkupList

Markuplist was implemneted incorrectlyt, but that should not
cause a backend crash.
