always switched - still doesn't switch off though...

  MythVideoDRMUtils: Disable use of 2020 for DRM 'color encoding'

- as noted, this causes DRM to return an error - and any atomic error
causes Qt rendering to fail. Probably can be ignored or needs to be used
in conjunction with HDR
