Comment (by Klaas de Waal):

 Tested the "Live Radio" (Live TV with a DVB radio channel) with today's
 master.

 The status is:
 - The 20 second wait time before the audio starts is still present
 - No endless lock anymore, the frontend stays responsive but it may take
 some time
 - Channel up/down gives stuttering audio; pausing the playback for a few
 seconds and then resume fixes this for this channel while it is playing
 - Stuttering comes from synchronization with video (which is the "dummy"
 video generated by mythtv itself)
