 I think that I have found it. It is most likely something that I fixed in
 master recently as part of commit
 fcf9e8e79fd4971d298cd8c3a53466d256f7f0ff:

 Fixed a problem where sometimes the Transport Editor did not show any
 transports when there were only a small number of transports in the video
 source.

 I'll have a go at backporting it to v31.
