 It looks like odd string of "_cache/banners/" showing up in the
 MetadataImageDownload log lines is causing problems. Note that there's
 really two slashes between '_cache' and 'banners', but that WikiFormatting
 doesn't seem to allow that to display properly. If you try to load the
 full path identified in the above log in a web browser ...

 http://www.thetvdb.com/banners/_cache//banners/posters/5cc12861c93e4.jpg

 it fails. But if you extract the odd string '_cache/banners/'

 http://www.thetvdb.com/banners/posters/5cc12861c93e4.jpg

 it loads a poster corresponding to that movie.

 Also, some of the web addresses seem to be the result of two link
 addresses slammed together. For example:

 http://www.thetvdb.com/banners/_cache//bannershttps://beta.thetvdb.com/images/missing/movie.jpg
