Comment (by Mike Bibbings):

 Just added valgrind-19.10_master.log which shows the same problem on
 Xubuntu 19.10 with master built from source. Ubuntu 19.10 has the latest
 libhdhomerun and libhdhomerun-dev libraries, Ubuntu 18.04 has older
 versions.
