  Mythtv-setup channelscan debug output

Minor improvements in the channel scanner:
- Full transport info in log output instead of only modulation type and frequency
- A descriptor in the NIT transport loop that is not a delivery
  descriptor does not create an error message but a debug message.
- Preliminary support of T2 and S2 delivery descriptors in
  the NIT transport loop descriptor handling.
