 About comment:38. Although the SQL statement does actually work, I've just
 learned that chanid+starttime is the primary key for lots of tables, e.g.
 the recordedseek which is useful to jump around in a recording. It is
 better to lose only the name of the channel that it is to lose everything
 else.
