Changes (by Klaas de Waal):

 * Attachment "20190318-digitenne-8720-eit.patch" added.

 Add exception for Digitenne (NL) network 8720 to enable
 "m_use_on_air_guide" by default for all channels even if the SDT tells
 there is no EIT.
