  Show DiSEqC option for DVB-S/S2 cards in mythtv-setup

In mythtv-setup page "Card type" show the field
"DiSEqC (Switch, LNB and Rotor configuration)" when the
selected DVB device is changed to a DVB-S/S2 card and do not show
this field when the DVB device is changed to another type.
