 Ah - I forgot to mention: maybe it will be more nicely to have a/v sync
 method selection via list with 2 entries?

  i.e.

 "frame predictions playback A/V sync"

 "timestamps playback A/V sync"

 instead of tick box for AVsync2 + default AVsync ?

 after all AVsync2 ins't additional variation of AVsync - but rather
 alternative.
 IMHO, in good UI design alternatives should be presented via list of equal
 choices (like list). It seems to be more intuitive than default + option.
 Of course old AVsync should be default highlighted choice on list.
