 For some reason we can't use {{{ DEPLIBS = $${SYSROOT}$${LIBDIR} }}} in
 mythplugins/targetdep.pro , it breaks builds on Fedora 29+ ,

 we need use {{{ DEPLIBS = $${LIBDIR} }}}
