 Building deb packages for master fails on Ubuntu 18.04 and Debian Stretch.
 mythnetvision build fails due to python bindings not being found.

 There is a recent change to fixes/29 DEB: Fix patches for 29
 f63657c92a7e1194e57923636427e3f134fb369c I think something similar is
 required for master

 I also suspect this may be the reason (or part of) ppa:mythbuntu/30 has
 not been built for nearly 6 months.
