 Fix up pkg-config usage by mythbuild.sh

 Otherwise it tries to use pkg-config from the crosstools path
  and that doesnt exist for android.
 Allows freetype to be found by pkg-config
 Also removes unused LIBCRYSTAX variable
 refs #12420
