 Go to the Upcoming Recordings page in mythweb and mouse over the title of
 any show.  In the tooltip that pops up with the details of the show, the
 list of flags at the end of the description will most likely include the
 word 'Damaged'.  This occurs because the subtitle flags are improperly
 shifted when added into a set of all recording properties, and the "hard
 of hearing" subtitle flag is accidentally placed into the "damaged" video
 flag location.

 Noticed in 0.28, but this occurs in all supported releases.
