 Version 1.72 of cppcheck reworked the obsolete and non-reentrant
 function code into a generic functions model, and in doing so changed
 the ID strings needed for suppression of the warnings.

 MythTv has directories that should be included list of directories to
 search for headers, and the new moc directories can be excluded from all
 checks since they only include generated files.
