 I run in to a very similar issue. But even with dvb-fe-tool in front of
 mythbackend start
 isn't helping. Mythtv always switch it back to dvb-t. My Card is a digital
 devices Cine with a duoflex c2t2. The tuners on the cine card are working
 perfectly. The problematic ones are the both on the duoflex c2t2.
