 I use upnp playback on a Panasonic European tv from 2012.  In the past,
 fixes for one platform have often broken others.

 I have built current master with this patch and, so far, playback seems
 fine.  There were small patching offsets.  v30-Pre-330-g356c7be, Fedora 26
