 When using any video playback mode other than VDPAU the playback window is
 shifted between 50 and 150 pixels down if we turn on !UseVideoModes=1

 I've confirmed this with
  * Normal
  * Slim
  * OpenGL
  * VDPAU - multiple modes

 To reproduce enable JudderFree as per
  * https://www.mythtv.org/wiki/User_Manual:JudderFree

 Then playback a video that would normally fill the screen and it will be
 offset by 50-150 pixels depending on the output mode you select.
