 I can reproduce this but only when I set the GUI video mode as smaller
 than the native screen resolution. I have a monitor that is capable of
 1280*1024.

 If I select GUI as 1152*864 and Video also as 1152*864, the video is
 shifted down by a couple of hundred pixels. If I select GUI as 1152*864
 and Video as 640*480 the video is additionally huge with only a small part
 of it visible.

 On the other hand, if I select GUI as 1280*1024, everything works fine for
 all sizes of video I select.

 If I select Video as a different shape than the monitor, the video is
 squished unless I override the aspect ratio (I think this is a separate
 problem).

 It seems like some wrong calculations are being done.
