 I see the problem.

 The directory you ran the test out of does not have tvdb_test.conf in it.
 can't find it so error.

 These 2 tests validate config file reading with overrides.

 tvdb_test.conf needs to be in the current directory when --doctest is run.
 This is intended to be the same directory that ttvdb.py is in.
