 I seem to remember that issue being reported before, and it was caused by
 a limit (I think 10,000) on a select, so that if you had more than 10,000
 previously recorded shows the "previously recorded" list would be short.
 Unfortunately the ones that are dropped are not predictable. This should
 get a bug report of its own.
