 Hi, this includes

 codepage fixes for greek regional OTA channels of Magnesia and NOVA sat
 tv.
 Eitfixup updates and fixes
 some comment removal.
 }}}

 I've been using these fixes for many months and they work perfectly, so I
 think it's time to share.
