 Running mythfrontend on affected system gives blank screen for video
 playback and then crashes. Running mythfrontend as root mitigates the
 problem but still not a good solution.

 Originally%20reported%20at%3A%0A%20%20https%3A//bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1639663%0A%0ARunning%20version%2016.04.2%0Avdpau%20only%20works%20as%20root%20in%20version%20304.132-0ubuntu0.16.04.2.%0A%0AI%20can%20run%20vdpauinfo%20as%20normal%20user%20and%20get%20an%20error%2C%20unable%20to%20create%20device.%20Run%20as%20root%20%28sudo%20vdpauinfo%29%20and%20it%20works.%20%20Similarly%2C%20running%20mythfrontend%20with%20vdpau%20requires%20sudo%20mythfrontend%20to%20be%20able%20to%20work.%0A%0AThe%20previous%20version%20304.131%20worked%20fine.%20%20I%20have%20temporarily%20fixed%20the%20problem%20by%20rolling%20back%20to%20that%20version.
