 Further info (even weirder).
 Basically works fine on a new rule but not one that has been used.
 A newly created rule works fine.
 An existing rule for a series which still has future recordings does not
 work.
 The simplest change is to use the 'Disable Rule' option on the 'Rrcording
 Rules' page, this works on a new rule and not on a 'used' rule. No error
 is logged.
 Attempting to change priority, again works for a new rule but not for a
 used one with the Error: Program does not exist.
 Is there a debugging option that might give more info?
