 The crash was triggered just by starting mythbackend - but the good news
 is I reinstalled qt5 and mythtv (built with your patch) and now I can no
 longer reproduce it. The problem must have been specific to my install.

 BTW, the backtrace I attached yesterday was produced with a debug build of
 mythtv.
