 I also experience the same problem - with being unable to exit playback at
 times.
 I also experience the problem with the apparent lack of 'highlighted'
 <next> buttons.
 I also have a problem navigating in MythVideo.  If I view my list of
 movies, then scroll to the LAST movie in the list, the layout of the
 videos grid, 'shuffles' such that my last movie will ALWAYS be bottom
 right of the screen.  At such time, I am unable to navigate <LEFT> or
 <RIGHT> - can only navigate <UP> or <DOWN>.
 My theme is 'MythCentre Wide', newly installed (updated) since moving to
 MythTV 0.28 a handful of weeks ago.
