 Yes. I also have done an upgrade again today just to make sure but it
 still happens. I'm running mythweb version:

 root at mythtv:~# dpkg -l | grep mythweb
 ii  mythweb
 2:0.28.0+fixes.20160603.23eba05-0ubuntu0mythbuntu5 all          Web
 interface add-on module for MythTV
